You may be surprised to know that microalgae have the potential to produce vast quantities of hydrogen and to be the source of green energy.
As it happens, microalgae can give us back control over fuel prices. Researchers in the Faculty of Life Sciences have found an efficient way of increasing the output of hydrogen from microalgae fivefold, turning it into an amazing source of energy for the cars of the future.
